Tri Star
is dedicated to offering high quality computing services and
support. Our areas of service include: network support; database
& systems administration; call center support; system analysis
and design, and systems integration. We focus on recommending
and implementing the right level of technology, not high tech
for its own sake. Tri Star IT professionals strive to facilitate
the use of technology as a practical tool to achieving our clients’
goals in business, instruction and research, and knowledge management.
We are passionate about lifelong learning and continuous improvement
in the quality of the services that we offer. The Information
Technology Department has set the following directions to complement
its mission:

will establish and maintain processes to evaluate and
implement new technologies, adding to our skill set where
appropriate through formal training and practice.

We
will provide opportunities to achieve fitting minimum
levels of competency in technology for each Tri Star employee
and client, sharing our expertise to facilitate the process
of creating self-directed, lifelong learners.

We
will prioritize and commit to providing a high-level internal
support structure.

We
will assist our clients in setting realistic expectations
for technology, choosing the right tools to support business
goals, and offering support to clients in the management
of those expectations.

will support internal and client goals for cost containment.
