Allied Technology Group, Inc. (ATG) is a privately owned company incorporated under the laws of the State of Maryland in 1986. We are a successful IT and Engineering company with a staff of 400 engineers, IT professionals, researchers and support personnel. Our annual revenues are approximately $41M and we have a five-year backlog exceeding $200M from approximately 40 contracts with 10 different government agencies. ATG has been providing IT and engineering support to NAVSEA for over six years. To expand the depth and breadth of our capabilities and ensure rapid task response, we carefully assembled a team of seven IT and engineering companies. The ATG Team encompasses a broad and complementary set of capabilities in 20 of the functional areas identified in the SOW. ATG's Engineering Services Division adopted the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standard and put in place a certified ISO 9001:2000 QMS that applies to all contract work. Our QMS permits us to confidently and efficiently respond to performance-based requirements with a high expectation of success and a low performance risk. Our focus on quality output, repeatable processes, and continuous process improvement results in improved delivery of services to our customers such as integration of IT software and hardware for Navy, Coast Guard and State Department systems, certified shipboard IT installations, and IT systems maintenance.

AMSEC LLC is a full service supplier to the commercial and Navy maritime industry. Our company provides naval architecture and marine engineering, combat and electronic systems engineering, naval ship systems assessments, maintenance engineering and program development, shipyard industrial engineering, and complete logistics services, from technical manual development to provisioning documents, spare parts management and training. CSC has been committed to serving as the trusted agent for design, engineering, management, and information technology services of at NAVSEA Headquarters, it's associated PEOs and Field Activities.  CSC has established an excellent working relationship while providing more than 3,500 labor-years of support annually to the US Navy.  Our commitment to NAVSEA has been recognized through the award of over $830 million in SeaPort awards in the first 30months of the MAC program.  The CSC Advanced Marine Center is the primary provider for CSC support to NAVSEA Headquarters, including PEO Ships, PEO IWS, PEO Carriers, Team SUB, and NAVSEA 05.  Our teammates perform similar roles across the headquarters directorates.  Our Team is doing all of the Statement of Work "shall" statements now.
The FSK Seaport-E Team offers Engineering, Technical and Programmatic Support Services to the Navy Virtual Systems Command and SSP offices in all 7 geographical Zones under the SEAPORT Enhanced Multiple Award Contract. We have assembled a team with a strategic mix of large and small businesses covering a majority of the functional areas of the Seaport Enhanced Statement of Work.

Systems Design and Analysis (SDA), Inc. is an Indiana based engineering company providing engineering and management support services to military and commercial customers. SDA was established as a small business in 1986 providing systems engineering, electronic circuit design and analysis, software development, technical documentation, test equipment, and program management support services. These technical and management capabilities were provided to the Naval Air Warfare Center (NAWC), Indianapolis through two competitively won contracts from 1989 to 1997. SDA currently provides engineering and management support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Crane through a small business contract and a competitively won contract to support Marine Expeditionary Warfare technical tasking. The firm offers application development, systems engineering, database development, systems integration, imaging solutions, networking, and telecommunications support. For its efforts in the design, development and operation of a web-based Integrated Data Environment (IDE) for restricted access technical data delivery for the Utility Helicopter Program Office (UHPO/Black Hawk), SESI was awarded the 1999 Integrated Logistics Support Achievement of the Year award. SYS Technologies is a small business under NAICS 541330. SYS has offices in San Diego and Oxnard , CA and in Arlington and Chesapeake , VA. SYS has been providing professional combat, weapon and ship systems engineering, information technology and management services to NAVSEA and NSWC activities in the National Capital, Mid-Atlantic and Southwest zones as a prime contractor since 1983. SYS also has support contracts at SPAWAR Headquarters and SPAWAR Systems Center providing engineering and technical services for C4ISR systems.
Stanley Associates Incorporated is a professional services firm providing program, project, and financial management; engineering; environmental; and informational technology system support. We perform management and technical coordination of projects throughout the advanced research and development lifecycle. Stanley also includes CCI Incorporated and Fuentez Systems Concepts (FSC). Both are wholly owned subsidiaries. CCI provide logistics, acquisition, and engineering support services to the NAVAIR and the U. S. Coast Guard.
