Mugu, CA, Washington , D.C. , Austin, TX, Colorado Springs, CO, Tampa , FL , Dam Neck, VA, Honolulu , HI and the Republic of Korea . The company has Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs) in-house and a majority of MAXIM personnel hold security clearances. MAXIM is customer focused and quality conscious. The company is ISO-9001 certified and is currently progressing towards the Software Engineering Institute Capability Maturity Model Integration (SEI CMMI) level 3 standards of performance.

N00039-99-C-3226 – Sponsored by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR), this Systems Engineering contract was known as Program Management Team Omnibus (PMTO). This contract vehicle provided for a wide range of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) services focused on prime mission, software, hardware, and system engineering and integration. MAXIM managed a team of 19 subcontractors on the program. Work under this contract includes systems engineering on the following Ultra High Frequency (UHF) satellite programs: FLTSAT, LEASAT, UHF Follow-On (UFO) and the new six billion dollar Mobile User Objective System (MUOS). The company also provided Ground and Shipboard Communication Services on numerous satellite terminal programs, including: Super High Frequency (SHF), Extremely High Frequency (EHF), Global Broadcast System (GBS), Commercial Wideband SATCOM Program (CWSP), International Maritime SATCOM System (INMARSAT), and Television-Direct To Sailors (TV-DTS).

XXXXXX-99-D-6355 [classified contract] - MAXIM primes the Joint Cross Domain eXchange (JCDX) program, which provides extensive engineering support for the Navy's Global Command and Control System- Maritime (GCCS-M) compliant intelligence and tracking system of ashore and afloat, fixed and mobile targets. The company supplies complete software life cycle management including design, development, testing, installation, analysis and deployment of systems. MAXIM also performs all training on the system using Mobile Training Teams. Multiple disparate data sources can be integrated into the system serving the needs of numerous classes of users up to and including the TS/SCI level. The JCDX hardware and software is currently deployed at sites in the US and overseas at allied facilities in the UK , Australia , Japan , and South Korea . MAXIM managed 18 subcontractors on this contract. Work is ongoing on this program under a new classified contract number and is sponsored by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center , San Diego (SSC-SD)

GS-35F-0499J – This contract is MAXIM's Information Technology 70 General Services Administration (GSA) schedule, which has been used extensively for Certification and Accreditation (C&A) services at both the Navy Satellite Operations Center (NAVSOC) Pt. Mugu, CA, and the NAVSOC Alpha Site Survey, Maine as part of NAVSUP sponsored funding. As part of the DoD Information Technology Security Certification and Accreditation Process (DITSCAP), MAXIM personnel provided documentation on a number of General Service (GENSER) and classified satellite communications systems allowing them to be granted an Interim Authority To Operate (IATO).

XXXXXX-97-D-1906 [classified contract] – This task order-based classified contract is sponsored by SSC-SD and is used for a number of software and database projects, training, and an enterprise level test and evaluation/ independent verification and validation program. Each of tasks is specific to the ISR functions of SSC-SD and many tasks have numerous subcontractors. Work is continuing under a new classified contract vehicle to support these programs.

N00167-02-D-0082 – Under this project, MAXIM is a subcontractor to iBASEt performing Installation Database (IDB) migration to the SPAWAR/PEO Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER), tracking all C4ISR system installations throughout the fleet for the SPAWAR 04 sponsor. This work covers services in the areas of requirements analysis, design, coding, debugging, verification and validation, demonstration, and documentation. Currently, MAXIM has a single individual located in Sherwood , OR performing services on this contract.

XXXXXX-03-D-7077 [classified contract] – MAXIM is a prime on this classified SPAWAR and SSC-SD contract. This contract supports a number of individuals located nationwide, and four subcontractor consultants performing systems engineering services on the Mobile User Objective System (MUOS) next generation UHF satellite constellation. Services include risk reduction, architecture review, software engineering, and information assurance.

XXXXXX-04-F-8916 [classified contract] – MAXIM is a prime contractor on this classified contract for the Navy Marine Corps Intelligence Training Center (NMITC) in Dam Neck, VA. Services include TS/SCI level instruction in intelligence analysis and collection management at various locations.
